Shipping Area

We currently ship within the Netherlands only.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery within the Netherlands: 1–3 business days after dispatch.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking (if available) once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Service

We ship with reliable Dutch carriers (e.g. PostNL / DHL). The exact carrier may vary.

Incorrect Address / Not Collected

If the delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or if the parcel is not collected in time, re-shipping costs will be charged.

Damage or Missing Items

Please check your order on arrival. If something is damaged or missing, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos: [your email].

Pre-orders / Out of Stock

(If you add this later.) Orders containing pre-order items will ship once all items are available.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, according to our Return Policy. Return shipping costs are for the customer.
