Refund policy
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
Conditions
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and with all original tags/packaging.
- Accessories/jewelry must be returned in original packaging for hygiene reasons.
- Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
How to return
- Email us at leaneveningwear@outlook.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
- We will send you return instructions.
- Send the package back within 14 days after your return request.
Costs
- Return shipping costs are for the customer, unless the item was delivered damaged or wrong.
- Original shipping costs are not refunded.
Refunds
- After we receive and inspect the return, we refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
- If the item is not in original condition, we may deduct an amount from the refund.
Exchanges
- Want a different size or color? Please place a new order.
Non-returnable
- Customized or made-to-measure items (not applicable now, but add if you start selling these).
Notes
- We currently ship and accept returns within the Netherlands only.
